Clean solar array after a wash

Solar wash

A safe wash for the array. It does not damage the solar. Count the panels and the price is set. Over fifty, we look first.

30 and under panels

More than 50 panels
Estimate
Deep clean, each panel lifted
$35
  • Deionized rinse. Nothing abrasive on the glass.
  • Deep clean is extra. We unclip the panels you pick, clean pigeon droppings and debris underneath, and set them back on the rails. A normal wash stays on the glass and does not do this.

Roof Cleaning

Disclaimer. Roof cleaning uses your outdoor water connection. We bring the equipment. You supply the water.

A low-pressure roof wash for dust and buildup. We do not blast tile or shingles.

One story
$349
Two story
$499
Very large roof or heavy buildup
Look first
  • Low pressure only, so shingles and tile stay intact.
Hand wiping a house windowExample

Window cleaning

Glass and screens, by hand. A slider counts as two windows. Two-story costs more because the ladder work takes longer.

Exterior, one story
$12 a window
Exterior, two story
$16 a window
Inside and out, one story
$18 a window
Inside and out, two story
$26 a window
Smallest visit
$150
  • Screens come down, get wiped, and go back up.
  • Hand work, so the glass dries without streaks.
  • A two-story inside-and-out of 22 windows is $572.
  • Inside-and-out starts at $220 on one story and $280 on two, if that is higher than the per-window total.

Smallest array

Nest already under the array
+$150
  • Wire mesh on the open edges, not glued to the glass.
  • A 20-panel array with no nest is $440.

Solar remove & replace

Getting a new roof? We take the array off, store it at the house, and put the same layout back when the roofers are done.

Shingle roof, each panel

Tile roof, each panel
$195
Rails come off, each panel
+$30
Smallest job
$1,650
  • This is the roof under the solar. A shingle roof is $165 a panel. A tile roof is $195.
  • Rails are the metal the panels sit on. If those come off too, add $30 a panel.
  • The new roof is the roofer’s job. We only move the solar.
  • Stored at the house while they work.
